Mario Alvite performs analysis of potential securities and shareholder rights actions. Mr. Alvite’s efforts are focused on stages of litigation including case origination and pre-trial discovery. Mr. Alvite is experienced in e-discovery and project management in the corporate litigation, transactional, and regulatory areas. Mr. Alvite serves on the litigation team prosecuting a federal shareholder derivative action brought on behalf of Wells Fargo & Company. He has served on teams representing investors against Wilmington Trust and Rayonier.
Mr. Alvite received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Florida Bar, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
